My name is Blake McKenzie — I'm a Brisbane-based online coach, ISSN Sports Nutritionist, and the founder of LGT Fitness. I wasn't always fit. Growing up, I ate takeaway 4–5 times a week and spent my time gaming. By the end of Year 11, I weighed 105kg. During an 8-week school holiday binge, I gained another 25kg — hitting 130kg.
That moment on the scales changed everything. I decided to take control, joined a gym, and over the years transformed my entire life — physically and mentally. I went on to lose 63kg in total and fell in love with helping others do the same.
